Service Overview
Hovexo is an online travel platform operated by MyTicketsWorld OÜ, providing booking services for hotels worldwide.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and accommodation providers.
Our platform facilitates bookings but does not own or operate the hotels listed.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.
You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their travels.
Any misuse of our platform or fraudulent activity will result in account termination.
Booking Terms
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and booking confirmation.
Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until booking is confirmed.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Group bookings (10+ people) may have different terms and conditions.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency selected and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through our certified payment partners.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason.
Currency conversion rates are provided for reference only and may vary at the time of payment.
Delivery Policy
All products and services sold through our platform are fully digital. No physical delivery is provided.
The booking confirmation is sent instantly by email to the address provided during checkout.
The confirmation email is sent automatically within a few minutes after payment authorization.
If the confirmation email is not received within 15 minutes, customers should check their spam, junk, or promotions folders before contacting support.
In case of a technical issue, Hovexo will resend the booking confirmation within 24 hours. Customers may contact support@hovexo.com for assistance.
The booking code or voucher must be presented on the service date, either printed or on a mobile device, at the meeting point or service location.
Hovexo is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer or by email filters, inbox settings, or blocking systems on the customer's side.
The booking confirmation is considered delivered once it has been sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Liability & Disclaimers
Hovexo acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions of service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during your travel.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
The Hovexo name and logo are trademarks used by MyTicketsWorld OÜ.
User-generated content may be used by Hovexo for promotional purposes.
